I've had upper left arm pain (more an ache) and left sided c p/ache behind L. breast + reg. L. side toothache - left side pain more condition_symptoms

The pain in my left arm would come on foot to a distance and is very uncomfortable. Now the pain is almost all the time and is associated with pain in the chest and left behind the left breast. I have a toothache on the left side of my mouth, although my teeth are in good general condition. I suffer from high blood pressure (but not massive) and then 50 mg Atenalol day. I did not bother the GP with him.
