Will the remote starter kits they make for cars and trucks work on a perterbuilt? can anyone tell me for sure? - remote car starter diesel
I'm looking for my husband to buy a starter kit for your remote diesel truck, but it's not a peter build a ford. Work for it? Dose anyone know anything about this?

Peterbilt Most have an ignition switch with a button. There's really nothing complicated about this button, but I'm not sure he could be replaced by a remote starter. I suggest you call the Peterbilt dealer, or maybe just for the company that rented a. If you are a company truck, not to be, would approve the company store, and install the kit.

From my experience, a working remote boot on any vehicle, provided that the only thing that needs a key to start again. Work If you have to press a clutch pedal to heat the glow plugs (your husband?), Etc.., Then it could be.
Normally when you use the key to a complete electrical circuit with a relay or switch sends, in turn, starts to power the starter motor. Once the engine starts the starter detects remotely via cable or a speedometer or a voltage signal and switches the starter. Meanwhile, remote start, without using your key until you and give you turn the key to "on".
